IT SOLUTION OWNER AND COACH, ATLASSIAN SUITE

As Lindström’s new IT Solution Owner and Coach you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products. You will also be responsible for facilitating and planning trainings around Atlassian products and processes. You will analyze, review, and document current functionalities to determine potential areas of improvement, and will be in a key role to ensure all Lindströmers will be able to enjoy the benefits of Atlassian products in the best possible way. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model. 

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Activity Timeline), and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and documenting current functionalities to determine areas of improvement, and working with development and project teams to identify procedural efficiencies, e.g. with Jira filters, reporting, workflows, and Jira administration
  • Designing, testing, and deploying integrations between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains
  • Organizing and facilitating coaching sessions to internal and external contacts around Atlassian products and processes, and acting as the technical expert on Atlassian tool usage and implementation
  • Researching and implementing new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage
  • Resolving any issues regarding Jira Projects and Confluence together with other solution owners, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Managing user permission guidelines for tools according to the needs of various teams and projects
  • Troubleshooting, version and plug-in testing, and solving technical issues, and assisting in the development process planning and enforcement 

We are looking for a new IT Solution Owner who has previous experience with Atlassian products and Jira Query Language (JQL), and who has previous experience in acting as a coach and trainer. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are important in this role to ensure you can support and guide stakeholders and colleagues in the best possible way. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several assignments will help you along the way. Our ideal candidate has: 

  • At least three years of experience in Atlassian product administration
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with JQL
  • Experience in working in a business IT sphere in a large matrix organization
  • Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in facilitating training sessions for stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive, and delivery-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with strong Finnish skills seen as a benefit
  • Previous experience in integrating Atlassian products with other systems is seen as a benefit
