TALENT ACQUISITION AND EMPLOYER BRANDING MANAGER  

As Lindström’s new Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of Lindström’s global talent acquisition strategy as well as managing our global employer brand. You will also be the team leader for the Talent Acquisition team at our Head Office. This is a new role, and in this position, you will be in a key position to attract top talents and in creating a positive candidate experience and promoting Lindström as an employer. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model.  

In this role, your key responsibilities include:  

Talent Acquisition:

  • Developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire the best candidates  

  • Continuously improving recruitment and onboarding processes and evaluating their effectiveness by gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers, as well as by tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics  

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruiting requirements, and independently leading recruitment processes for upper managerial positions  

  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates for higher managerial positions 

  • Establishing effective relationships with business leaders and Lindström’s global HR network to enhance overall recruitment processes 

  • Act as team leader to the Group HR Talent Acquisition team 

Employer Branding: 

  • Developing and promoting Lindström’s employer brand on a group level 

  • Creating and implementing an employer branding strategy that highlights the company’s values, culture, and unique Employee Value Proposition 

  • Collaborating closely with Lindström’s internal communication and branding department 

  • Interacting with HR partners in Lindström countries to understand their local needs and supporting them in driving their local Employer Branding strategy and agenda 

  • Managing and enhancing the career section of Lindström’s website and social media profiles 

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has comprehensive experience in both talent acquisition and employer branding in an international organization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships are integral for this role, and the ability to use data in decision-making and to measure success will help you along the way. Experience in acting as team leader is seen as an advantage. If you are a true people-person with excellent organizational skills, you might be the one we are looking for! 

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field, with other relevant certifications seen as an additional benefit 

  • Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with managerial experience seen as an additional benefit 

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods 

  • Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and the ability to utilize various channels to promote the employer brand 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners 

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and to measure the success of recruitment efforts 

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills 

  • Knowledge of Finnish employment law 

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills with strong Finnish language skills seen as a benefit
